Nov. 5 & 6 Appassionata Celebration
Enjoy live classical and jazz music Saturday and Sunday afternoon featuring the elegant and lively tunes of the Reuben Allen Group. Partake in the parings being offered in the Ravinous Kitchen featuring Pinot Gris and free-range Coq au Riesling avec beurre, cepes & vin.  How do you say Yum in French…?
Our grand food pairing is our dessert wine Appassionata which we are pairing with a selection of tarteletts avec beurre and local autumn fruit from the trees of our neighboring orchards.
The pairings are a la carte, but a seat for music is our treat in celebration of our Appassionata.

Nov. 5 Summer in a Glass Winemaker Dinner
Aperitif with live jazz piano featuring Reuben Allen at 6pm; Dinner at 7pm

Please join us for a luscious and intimate seven course tasting dinner celebrating the

success of Evan Dawson’s book about the coming of age of winemaking in the Finger Lakes: Summer in a Glass. Dinner guests include author Evan Dawson, winemaker Morten Hallgren, grower extraordinaire Sam Argetsinger and a surprise Finger Lakes winemaker (and his or her wines) who is also featured in the book We will recreate some of the food and wine pairings talked about in the book and add a couple of pairings of our own made with the wines, cheeses, meats and garden produce of our neighboring farms. $75 per person

Nov. 19 A Touch of France at Suzanne Fine Regional Cuisine in Lodi, NY

Join us for a culinary journey through the classic wine regions of France. All courses will be specially paired with wines from Ravines Wine Cellars. Suzanne Fine Regional Cuisine is a restaurant offering fine dining in the Finger Lakes, specializing in farm fresh and country elegant cuisine.

April 22, April 29 & 30 | Easter Wine sale and Good Friday discounts.
Complementary wine tasting and 15% off all wines (excludes low production wines).

May 1 | Ravinous Wine Club Spring Barrel Tasting

May 6 | A Riesling d’etre Commencement of Riesling month celebration. Vertical tastings of 4 vintages of Ravines Riesling will be poured in the tasting room all month. 2 of the Rieslings receiving 90 points by the Wine Spectator.  5-7pm RSVP required.

May 21 | Riesling Tasting Dinner featuring 9 vintages of Ravines Dry Riesling paired with delicious dishes prepared by Chef Deb of the Black Sheep Inn. RSVP required.

May 28Alsatian Varietal Weekend: Celebration of Gewurtztraminer, Pinot Gris & Riesling. Wines are served with Tarte à la Flamme, Alsatian bacon and spring onion tart.

June 18 & 19 | Taste of Provence: a Celebration of our new 2010 Dry Rosé. Enjoy traditional dishes of the South of France and live piano featuring modern French compositions.

July 23 & 24 | Cuisine of the Sun. Enjoy our best summer wines paired with foods made from fresh local, organic produce, beautifully ripened in the summer sun.

Sept. 17 – 18 | Harvest Tour of Food and Wine. A Signature Keuka Lake Wine Trail event with seasonal food and wine pairings.

Sept. 25 | Fall Harvest Luncheon at Ravines Only open to Ravinous Club members and their guests.

Oct. 2 | Fall Harvest Luncheon on the Esperanza Rose A very unique chance to enjoy wines with local foods  aboard the Esperanza Rose Yacht. Seating is limited to 60 lucky club members for this event – $65 person – Ravinous Club members only. RSVP required.
