Wine Tasting Experiences





Tasting experiences by reservation only for up to four people; we are not able to place reservations over the phone.

  • Our Keuka location will be completely closed until Feb. 5, 2021 at which point we are hoping to reopen the Tasting Room and wine shop. Please see below for information on our Winery and Tasting Room in Geneva where the wine shop is open 7 days a week and tastings are available Thursday – Monday.
  • Ravinous Wine Club members: create a CellarPass account using your Ravinous Wine Club email address to book your complimentary tastings for up to four people.

Geneva Location: Indoor Tasting

  • Ravines is closed for tastings through Jan. 15th but our wine shop is open for curbside pick-up or takeaway from 10am – 5pm throughout this time period
  • Starting Jan 16th, tastings are again available Thursday – Monday (wine shop is open daily but no tastings are available Tuesday & Wednesday in December – February)
  • First appt at 10am and final appt at 4pm
  • Seated tasting in our renovated Slate-roof Barn, where the open-air from huge sliding doors give you views into the White Springs Vineyard
  • Tasting Experience for up to 4 people
  • Five wines per flight, plus an additional, a la carte tasting list
  • Learn from warm and knowledgeable “Ravinista” servers
  • $15 per person, complimentary for wine club members after creating a CellarPass account

Wine Club Only: Geneva “Ravinous Hour”

  • Available Thursday – Monday from 11am – 11:45am only
  • Socially distanced tasting along with our Ravinous members in our renovated Slate-roof Barn, where the open-air from huge sliding doors give you views into the White Springs Vineyard
  • Tasting Experience for up to 4 people per group
  • Set flight of complimentary wines, plus a special complimentary bite from the Ravinous Kitchen
  • Additional, a la carte tasting list of specialty wines

  • A new NY State law requires all patrons in a seated party to purchase food along with an initial alcoholic beverage. Your tasting fee includes freshly baked bread.
  • We are not accepting reservations over the phone and are able to answer questions via email. Wine Club members please email and all others may email us at
  • Our apologies that due to COVID19, we do not allow large party reservations; any group that books two tables will not be allowed to combine into one large table.
  • If you are late for your tasting appointment it limits the amount of time your group has to taste.

Staying Safe

Updated procedures to read before your visit

  • Our redesigned tasting experience provides a comfortable and safe environment, where you are at least 6 feet or more from other parties.
  • Masks (e.g. nose and mouth coverings) are required for all members of your party to wear except when seated. 
  • Please show up on-time for your appointment and call us if you will be running late; if you are early, please stay in your car or keep your distance from others while waiting outside, until your reservation time.
  • Each station and highly touched surfaces will be sanitized after each party. 
  • Staff members deep clean all of our spaces each morning.
  • There will be readily available hand washing and / or sanitizing stations available for you during your visit.
  • Employees will be wearing masks at all times, and gloves when handling sensitive items.  
  • Staff will be taking their temperatures and performing wellness checks daily, and will maintain robust personal hygiene protocols while at work.
  • Maintain 6′ distance between other parties. 
  • If you have a temperature, cough or other ill symptoms, we ask that you please stay home to keep our staff safe.
  • Our apologies that, unlike normal, we are not able to allow dogs inside our tasting rooms.
